Wilson McLeran’s inventory of Job-Bridge products and career transition services exists to serve the needs of individuals, employers, high schools, trade schools, colleges, and libraries.
• Individuals contact us when they’ve just lost a job, are at risk of losing a job, dislike the job they have—or need help as they search for their first full-time job.
• Employers call to receive assistance in:
–Executive recruitment, when they are unable to find talented people on their own or promote them from within.
–Corporate outplacement, during periods of economic uncertainty when one or more individuals in a corporation or nonprofit organization must be laid off or terminated, and need help making a successful career transition.
–Assisting line managers in improving their skills through interactive workshops—for example in hiring, motivating, and keeping the best people.
• Schools and Libraries purchase our books and videos, and receive assistance in planning and conducting job-search workshops for students about to enter the world of work.
