Interactive Workshops

Wilson McLeran offers workshops for:
• Line managers seeking to upgrade their skills
College students looking for their first full-time, permanent jobs (more)
Recently downsized employees who need to transform the negative feelings of job loss into the positive energy of assertive job search (more)
Wilson McLeran’s workshops for managers are available in one- or two-day formats, for groups of 16 to 60. The emphasis is on videotaped simulations that allow attendees to participate not only as interviewers, but as interviewees and critical observers, as well.
All role-play-intensive workshops are based on Conducting Better Job Interviews, a Barron’s “Business for Success Guide” that has been translated into Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic, and Indonesian.
What manager workshop participants say . . .
“The workshop has prepared me to become a more effective
interviewer. It structured the interview into manageable parts
[and stressed] desired results.”
J.S., State University of New York at Stony Brook
“I learned a lot from the small group regarding the interviewing
and hiring process.”
– Manager, National Assn. of Health Care Transport Managers
“There were good illustrations on video, and good roundtable
discussions regarding specific problems within our industry.”
J.H., Hyattsville, MD

“ The workshop was structured so that I was able to learn from my peers—as well as from the instructor–what to do both during
and after the interview.”
B.L., Cook County Hospital
“The trainer’s presentation was clear, concise, and understandable.
I also found out that my interviewing is too wordy.”
B.J., Spartanburg, SC
